We’ve been planking for an entire week!!! I am very impressed with you and hope that YOU are impressed with you as well. It may seem far off, but you CAN train your body to do a 10 minute plank. It may take longer than 60 days, but who cares, you can do it. And when you do, you send a message to yourself that you can do anything. The world opens up for you. It is so empowering when you train to do something like this. Something that takes consistent effort and is flat out HARD! Mentally and physically challenging. Keep on keeping on…
====================================
BASIC: 1 minute 30
OVERACHIEVER: Ok, you overachievers. I want you to take it down a notch and just do a super solid 2 minute plank. On your forearms if you can. If you REALLY want to push it, then go ahead. But I’m hearing a lot of people are feeling sore, and if that’s the case, then your muscles need to rest. So just do something simple to keep the habit. If a 2 minute plank is challenging for you, then be honest with yourself and bring it down to 1:30. Today is a kick back kinda day.
1:30 is the minimum you need today in order to hit the 10 minute goal in 60 days. If you’re still working up to 1:30- then please keep on keeping on. You can still reach this goal!! It just might take longer than 60 days. Honestly, 60 days is pretty crazy.
Thanks for Planking!

Today I did 2:00 plank, rested for 2:00 and 2:15 plank the 2nd time. Total 4:15. Wrists are starting to hurt. So I’m doing the stretches and mixed it up with the fore arms.
