SO, today is a split ’em up day. I took my last split and added on to my 2nd and 3rd planks.

Last time I did 2:30, 2 and 2:10 with 1 minute breaks in between.

Tonight I did 2:30, 2:30 and (because I was reading a riveting article) 2:43. It’s that last plank where you really want to lengthen your time. And to add it up, just for fun, that’s 7:43.

BASIC: 1 minute 30 seconds on forearms

OVERACHIEVER: Do 3 separate planks with 1 minute breaks in between. Keep the first time the same as the last time you did this exercise and try to add time on to the 2nd and 3rd planks. Have fun!
