Alrighty, so today is a TOTAL rest day. Well, as far as planks go. My abs are perpetually sore, and it is time for a break. So, I am taking a day off of planks BUT I worked out my arms super duper hard, so I suggest you do a supplemental workout as well to strengthen at least your shoulders. I’m reposting the shoulder video from before in your email. It’s an older one from the Tribe, but the exercises are still effective.


BASIC: If your abs are sore and you are burnt out- take a break! No plank today. Do the shoulder workout instead

OVERACHIEVER: Same thing. If your abs are sore- take a plank break. But do the shoulder workout.
