Today is a simple straightforward HOLD IT day. Hold your plank for 2 minutes 30 seconds. If you’re not quite there yet, you can split it up. If you’re way further along, just hold yourself back and do the 2 minutes 30 seconds. Either group can also add in the supplemental ab video.
