We are getting there! Today is a ‘rest’ (haha) day. More of a rest than yesterday. If you’re hanging in there you are noticing that your body is RESPONDING to this training. That is a GOOD THING! It also is very confirming. Keep it up!!
Oh, so even though today is a shorter plank (keep in mind you used to think 3 minutes was impossible! Or at least really difficult), do a supplemental workout. Add in one of my arm workouts or your own. 10 minutes is plenty if you are short on time. Consistency on a daily basis matters more than doing one big huge workout on any particular day.
BASIC: 3 minutes
OVERACHIEVER: 3 minutes
