WooHOO! Day 36! What’s it going to be today? Another day to slow your roll- but make sure to do a supplemental workout to strengthen your arms. And for those of you planking from your hands – how are your wrists??? This is no joke. Wrists are a body part and need to be strengthened and stretched. Go back to that wrist fixer vid I sent you at the beginning and work ’em out. Make sure to stretch them after each plank.
