Hello out there! How’s it going? Just keep plugging along with this. It can only get better. Just make sure to take care of your wrists and pay attention to those weird aches and pains. You don’t want to injure yourself and then not be able to do anything- that’s counter productive. Sooo many people do that, but just take a deep breath and hold back if you need to. Be smart about it.

That said- today’s task is to split up 10 minutes any way you can. Keep taking time off that last plank until ¬†you eliminate it altogether.
