It’s Day 4o! FORTY!! That’s a big deal! You’ve been sticking with this for 40 entire days! Even if you have dropped off at some point, you’re back now, and that’s what matters. These next 20 days are really going to challenge you -physically AND mentally. You are up for it, you just have to know what’s coming. It is going to be tough, but you can do this. Remember to listen to your body. It doesn’t matter if you don’t meet the goal at exactly 60 days, just keep on keeping on. And don’t hesitate to reach out to me for some support. I am able and willing to dish it out.


BASIC: 6 minutes 30 seconds

OVERACHIEVER: Get to 10 minutes any way you can. Either eliminate the last plank you have on record, or bring it’s time down by putting that time into an earlier plank.
