Annnnnnddddd today we are going to get to 10 minutes any which way we can. Keep knocking time off that last plank until you knock it out completely. Make sure you are writing down what you are accomplishing, otherwise it is sure to get confusing.


BASIC: 7 minutes!

OVERACHIEVER: Hit that 10 minute plank. Best case scenario- 7 minutes and 3 minutes.


Side note: don’t forget to take care of your wrists! If you are planking from your hands, your wrists are going to feel it. Do wrist curls with up to 8 lb weights and stretch ’em out.
