I’m just amazed at how time flies. At first it may have been a struggle to put in the effort, but now you are so used to doing this that it’s just part of your day. And some days will be more challenging than others, but you are always getting it done. And some days, you are impressing the pants off yourselves! Let’s keep going with that…
Today let’s hit the 10 minute mark any way we can. If you’ve been throwing in side planks, time to take them out. Take time off that last plank and add it into earlier planks, until you can eliminate that last plank.

So, I saw that the plank challenge showed up in my feed, so I looked at the time and thought, “Wow, we’re really jumping up.” Last one I did was 6:15 which I had to break up. Was thankful yesterday was a day off so my sore muscles weren’t so bad. I actually finished the 7:15 in one plank. My husband said to post that I did it, and when I went to the site, I see that you posted quite a few at once. I apparently jumped ahead. Today was supposed to be 6:30! Well, so glad I did it.
Haha! That’s AMAZING!! Yes, I had to post a bunch at once because I went off the grid for 4 days- no computer. You did SEVEN: FIFTEEN IN ONE PLANK?!?! That is really and truly amazing! I am impressed 🙂
