If you’re like me, you are an uber productive person who likes to get the most out of life. You may also be (like I USED to be), a night owl.
Maybe you’ve thought to yourself if you could ONLY get yourself to wake up earlier, you’d be so much more productive and get more out of life. Only, when you force yourself to get up earlier, your brain is foggy and you have everyone and everything. So what’s the point?
You’re just a night owl and that’s the way it is. End of story.
Or is it?
I found myself up against a wall this past December, so I tried a little experiment on myself with the attitude of “let’s just seeeee what happens…”
The video I’m sharing with you today will tell you what happened, along with some solid tips for altering yourself to wake up earlier (key word) HAPPILY, and without an alarm clock! Oh, and I probably share a little TMI in there, too.
