I wanted to address this concern, because I’ve been hearing it from a lot of people. For one reason or another, many of us have schedule shifts during the summer months. It’s good, and it’s fun, but it messes with our workout routines.

So then, how do you enjoy your summer without feeling guilty about missing your workout? That answer is, of course, simple and you know it already. But it’s nice to hear it anyway.

And the answer is… YOU FIT IN YOUR WORKOUT DESPITE SUMMER SHIFTS IN YOUR SCHEDULE.

Really, all you need is 10 minutes a day to get your heartrate up, improve strength, flexibility, & endurance, and boost your energy. So, carve out a minimum of 10 minutes a day and look at the summer months as an opportunity to try something new.
