They said that the reason they don’t take better care of themselves is that THEY CAN’T GET THEMSELVES TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. 82%! That’s a lot of people who are feeling perhaps a bit helpless when it comes to their own well-being. How disempowering is THAT!

We all have one life, as far as we know, and the time we have here on this planet is precious. I believe this so strongly that I responded immediately to all the women who are feeling like they have no control over their own lives.
