This week is all about LEGS. We can choose to wear long stretchy black things and sweat it out all summer, OR we can choose to shed the layers and feel oh so much more comfortable as we bare our legs to the world.
If baring your legs seems like a terrible idea, then check out this less than 20 minute leg workout that hits the front, side, back, inner, outer, the whole thing. In other words: click on the vid below and get INTO sculpting and strengthening your leg muscles.
If you like the idea of strengthening and sculpting, but you also think you need to lose some of the extra baggage hanging onto your thighs and such, then I’ve got to be honest with you. You’re going to need a litttttttle bit more than this workout vid.
