This week is all about ARMS. We’ve all got arm muscles, but are they looking the way you want them to be looking? I once knew a woman who wore long sleeves no matter HOW dang hot it was outside. She ever wore her long sleeve shirts into a kickboxing class that we often attended together.
She preferred to be completely uncomfortable in a sweaty and itchy way, rather than let anyone see what her arms looked like. This is WAY too much effort for ANY of us! Seriously, let’s just do some upper body work and get to like our arms a bit more. Good for your bones, your heart, your mood, and as an extra bonus your arms will look fabulous and you can stop worrying about what you’re showing to the world.
If you’d like to tone up your arms, then click on the pic to try out this less than 20 minute workout that I created just for you. It covers all of your upper body muscles in a super efficient way. You will need some weights for this one. Depending on where your strength is at currently, you can start anywhere from 5’s to 12’s. You decide.
If you like the idea of strengthening and sculpting, but you also think you need to lose some of the extra baggage hanging onto your arms and such, then I’ve got to be honest with you. You’re going to need a litttttttle bit more than this workout vid.
