This week is all about firming up your GLUTES. Have you ever felt like there was someone following you, and you turned around, only to find out it was your butt? I have. I did not love that. Having your butt feel like a completely separate entity from the rest of your bod (think moving at different times. You bounce, then it bounces. You walk, it follows. Like that.) is not a fun thing.

It doesn’t have to be this way!

Start to firm up and bring your butt back to where it feels best by doing my short and effective glute workout that you can access by clicking the pic below.
