We are on week 2 of our ‘Beat the HEAT’ FREE Summer Workout Series.
Last week we did a Pilates mat class for about 25 minutes, and this week we’ll do about 25 minutes of super stretchy Yoga moves.
I’ve designed these workouts to help you keep your body moving this summer despite the heat. Sometimes we get sucked into a relaxed summer mode and feel like it’s too hot to workout.
However, we’ve still got bodies, and those bodies still need to move. These workouts are designed to help you move in a way that utilizes all the advantages of working out in the heat.
