I designed these 6 workouts specifically to help you keep your body moving this summer despite the heat. Sometimes we get sucked into a relaxed summer mode and feel like it’s too hot to workout. Like all we can do is sit by the pool. And drink fun frozen drinks.
Well, you can have the frozen drinks if that’s your thing, BUT, we’ve still got bodies, and those bodies still need to move. These workouts are designed to help you move in a way that utilizes all the advantages of working out in the heat. And that feel amazing! Your bod will be so happy. (And then you can have your drink)
