This free workout video kicks off a brand new series all about how to workout with your kids! You may have previously thought it was impossible to do, as you try to find time to get to the gym, or a local yoga class, or maybe even do a video on youtube.

Or maybe just the thought of it makes you tired so you never actually get around to trying. I get that!

I’m here to show you that it IS possible to take care of yourself while actually in the same room with your kids. And you know what? They benefit just as much as you do. Win/Win!! If you show them that you value your health, they will learn those behaviors from you. You are planting strong seeds.

So what kind of children will this video work with? Well I’m not really talking about those well behaved children (that we all imagine are everyone else’s children), where you could just put them on the floor with a book and do your workout. Maybe that exists, but I haven’t seen it.

I’m talking about the children who like to do the opposite of everything you say, if they even bother to listen to you in the first place. I’m talking about the children who think you are meant to be climbed on and who may, or may not, use you as target practice for whatever they can get their sticky little palms on. I’m talking about those children who think screaming is a sport. You get the idea.

My kids jump on me throw things at me climb over me climb under me scream yell swear they’re starving and need me to help them go potty… ANYTHING to derail me from exercising.
