I’m kicking off my brand new Pilates Series of free workout videos!

This first one shines a spotlight on how to set up, so if you’re just starting out with Pilates, this is a great introduction. And if your a Pilates veteran, this will serve as a great recap.

After the set up phase, we’ll go straight into working the rectus abdominus. What’s that, you say? It’s the muscle group generally referred to as our 6 packs, and if we’re super hard core, our 8 packs.
