Your obliques are your core muscles that help you to bend and twist. Many of us also recognize them as the muscles that, when firm & strong, help us to whittle our waists.
In this workout, you’ll get your oblique muscles fully worked in just about 10 minutes. Super efficient & effective! What’s better than that?!
The only equipment you’ll need is a mat and your bod. That’s it!
