Workouts for the lower muscles in our backs are often avoided due to fear of back pain. The truth is that if we don’t exercise those important core muscles (yes, your low back is part of your core), we are most definitely going to create low back pain for ourselves.

It is critical that you work out your low back muscles in order to PREVENT low back pain and imbalances in your spine. In this quick video, we’ll get it done in a super efficient and feel good way (there’s lots of stretching!)

The only equipment you’ll need is a mat and your bod. That’s it!
