This is the 4th workout in my free Pilates video series, and it’s all about your lengthening your LEGS.

One of the most fun parts of Pilates is the leg lengthening, stretching, & strengthening segment of class. Here’s a video that takes that part out of the class and brings it to you solo. Like eating dessert without any dinner. Honestly, I love all the segments of a well balanced Pilates class, but I know that the stretchy leg kicks are a favorite of my students. So here you go! (You’re welcome!)

The only equipment you’ll need is a mat and your bod. That’s it!
