We are up to our 4th topic, out of 6, in the Spring Cleaning for Healthy Living free mini-course.
Today is all about environment, or more specifically, how to declutter and clean your home. Usually, when we think of Spring Cleaning, we think of our homes and our environments. And while I’m an expert when it comes to cleaning up your healthy habits, I’ve got to admit, when it comes to my physical surroundings- I could use some help, too. (toys, toys, TOYS! what even IS all this stuff?!?)
I figure, if I know what I like and know what helps me, chances are it’ll help you as well.
First let me ask you, how do you feel when you walk in your front door and everything is all neat and tidy? I know I smile and breathe a little bit more deeply.
And when I walk in and there are toys and laundry everywhere, I feel my heart start to beat a little bit faster and I feel drained and tired almost instantaneously.
What it comes down to, for me, is that CLUTTER is the enemy. I don’t know about you, but I’m pretty sure I don’t need all this stuff. And I don’t think the kids would notice if one or two of their toys suddenly went missing…
I created this video to share with you 5 super easy applicable principles that can help you create an environment that feeds your soul, as opposed to draining your energy.
If you don’t want to take notes, I’ve got you covered. I created an extension of this course where you can find all the details and strategies in all 6 videos, and we’ll even go deeper with extra tips. If you want to take it to the next level, you can grab the extended version of this course for only $7 at https://mirandamathewson.com/product/spring-cleaning-bonus/
