This is the third 5 minute cardio blast in this new series!

I created this workout series mainly because I stopped shooting vids. I know, I know, that doesn’t make sense. The reason I stopped shooting workout videos was because I only had 5 minutes to get them done. At some point, the light bulb in my brain went off and reminded me that if I only have five minutes to fit in some ‘me’ time, I’m probably not the only one.

And so this new 5 minute cardio series was born. My hope is that it helps you as much as it helps me. I can now fit a workout into even the craziest of days.

Sometimes, I find that once I get going I can KEEP going. So at the end of every one of these videos, there is an option to continue. You can do the five minutes and cross it off your list, or keep on keeping on.
