We are sticking with 10 minute workouts for now because they are super effective and can fit into any schedule. The fact that you don’t need any equipment only adds to the awesomeness, as you can plop yourself down anywhere and bang out this workout! I’ve had clients do these workouts on the floor in their offices while on conference calls. That’s dedication!
