Here’s an upper body workout for women that’ll set you on the path to sculpting and strengthening your upper body.

This 10 minute workout is the first in this brand new series. I’ll be adding to these upper body workouts regularly so keep checking back in to see what’s new.

You’ll need 1 set of weights for this workout. I’m using 8 lb weights, but feel free to use whatever you wish.

This is great if you don’t have a ton of time but want to get an efficient workout in. Just click to pic below to get started asap!
