Here’s a super fast and efficient upper body workout for women that’ll set you on the path to sculpting and strengthening your upper body.
This 10 minute workout is the 3rd in this series. I’ll be adding to these upper body workouts regularly so keep checking back in to see what’s new.
You’ll need 1 set of weights for this workout. I’m using 8 lb weights, but feel free to use whatever you wish. I’ve gotta tell you, this particular workout made my triceps sore for DAYS!
