We are sticking with 10 minute workouts for now because they are super effective and can fit into any schedule. The fact that you don’t need any equipment only adds to how useful they are, and you can plop yourself down anywhere and bang out this workout I’ve had clients do these workouts on the floor in their offices while on conference calls. That’s dedication!

In other words, this is the perfect core workout for you if you want to get in an effective workout with no equipment in a super short amount of time.
