This is the 4th workout in the ‘Leg Workouts for Women’ series. It’s a 10 minute workout that will give you a leg workout routine that you can use as a hotel room workout, or add it to your list of exercises to do at home.

I love this workout because it really digs into your quads and glutes with no jumping. It’s almost relaxing! (almost 😉 )
