It’s the start of a new year, the holidays are over and the kids are back to school. What better time to get back to your habits (or start new and better ones?) I’ve never liked the phrase ‘New Year, New You’. What does that mean, anyway? You are always going to be you, and being you is PERFECT! However, aiming to be the best version of you is the ultimate goal. So, let’s get started!

We All Have to Start Somewhere

A starting place is just that – a spot to start from. Our starting place for this year will be 10 minutes, 4 times a week. Every Tuesday, I will post a brand new workout by me, along with three other workouts to round out the full-body experience for each week. (Subscribe to this blog to have them delivered to your mailbox!) Want to do more? GO FOR IT! Do three or four videos if you would like! However, this is meant as a starting point to remove your excuses and set you up for success. So, no matter what, be sure you get the 4 workouts in sometime this week!

For our first week, we have a 5 Minute Cardio Burst! This 5 minute workout will get your heart pumping and burn calories. It’s the perfect way for a guilt-free day when you have no time to complete a full workout (I mean who can’t find 5 minutes?) OR to be used as a great warm-up before going on to another video!

10 Minute Core Strength Workout. Abs, back & inner muscles.
Upper Body Workout
10 Minute Upper Body Workout. Shoulders, Biceps, Back and Chest.
Lower Body Workout
Lower Body: Legs, Thighs, Calves, & Glutes – 10 Minute Workout
